The OSF Direct Access Network (DAN), a part of OSF HealthCare, is a Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) Network consisting of over 25 hospitals, over 2,200 physicians and practitioners, and hundreds of ancillary providers.

This network of quality health care providers partners with self-funded employer-sponsored health benefit plans for access to providers in over 30 counties across the state of Illinois.

In addition to participating providers, DAN also offers access to 1-888-6-ASK-OSF - a 24/7 Nurse Line. Just call any time, day or night, and a registered nurse (RN) is available to answer medical questions, provide medical referrals, schedule classes at OSF Saint Francis Medical Center in Peoria, and locate a physician for you. In many cases, scheduling your appointment may be included.
